Minutes of the 2026 Annual Community Meeting and Updates on Development Projects

The minutes of the community meeting held on May 30th, 2026 can be downloaded here.

Regarding proposed developments in our area:

The development process involves county review of:
1. a Sketch Plan (for subdivisions) or a Preliminary Plan (for change of use that does not involve subdivision of the property)
2. a Final Plan (for subdivisions) or Site Development Plan.  A determination of Adequate Public Facilities is accomplished at this point.
3. a building permit application
